Call (770) 265-6492 to schedule your appointment today.

I'm happy to talk with you about how I can help you feel better though I'm sure you can understand that I do not answer the phone when I am in session/working.

If you wish for me to call you back please leave a message with your name and phone number. I will call you back usually within 24-36 hours. I do not automatically return calls unless you leave a specific message asking me to do so.

The type of work I do requires a great deal of energy both mentally and physically. I follow the self-care plans and ideas that I share with all of my clients which means I take the weekend - Friday through Sunday -- to replenish and restore myself and spend time with my family. This means I return calls during business hours Monday through Thursday.

What days do you work and what are your hours?
I'm in the office Monday through Thursday. I schedule three appointments a day. Whoever schedules first on any given day is what sets the other appointment times for that day. New Clients will need to schedule their first appointment between 11:00am and 5:00pm. Evening appointments (6:00 & 7:30) are available for Established Clients only.

When can I get an appointment?
I am happy and blessed to say I am a very busy Massage Therapist. It is not unusual for me to be booked out three weeks to two months from any given date. I do have a cancellation list for clients who are hoping to get in earlier. In the event of a cancellation I call the clients on that list until I find the one who can come in for the appointment time that has opened.

Where am I located?
My massage studio is located in Loganville on Hwy 81 at 96 Tara Commons inside Dr. David Fields Family Practice. The building is on the left between Meridian Park and the "Tara Mansion" -- 1 mile south of the intersection of Hwy 78 & Hwy 81 headed south towards Walnut Grove.

As you look at the building you'll see three entrances.  My entrance is the door in the middle. Look for the butterfly.

All sessions are by appointment
In order to provide the absolute best possible massage therapy as well as due to the intense physical nature of my work I limit the number of clients I work on to three per day and schedule time off to renew, replenish and rest in between scheduled appointments thus I am unavailable for walk-ins or same day appointments.

How long are appointments?

A New Client Session: I recommend planning on being at the office for 90 minutes for your first session. This allows time for an extensive client interview as well as time to undress/dress and reschedule without affecting the full massage session.

Massage Club and Regular Hour Sessions:  Please allow approximately 75 minutes for your regular session.  This allows time to discuss any current changes in your health or new problems as well as undressing/dressing without impacting the full session.  Please note: Should you arrive late your session will need to end on time in order to not interfere with the appointment following yours.

Massage Club Clients are encouraged to bring their calendars with them on the first appointment and book the remaining appointments to ensure your preferred time and date is held for you.

Trigger Point Sessions: Time is provided before and during the session to discuss your specific pain patterns and apply a combination of therapeutic work as well as address specific trigger points.  Please plan on being at the office a minimum of 90 minutes.

Cranial Sacral Therapy sessions: Sessions are very individual and generally run between 75 to 90 minutes though some sessions have run as long as two and a half hours so please be sure to inform me if you have to leave the office at a specific time.

Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
A fee of $95.00 is charged for late canceling or No Showing a Scheduled Appointment.

Due to the nature of my work and limited number of daily appointments taken I do require a full day's notice (24 hours) for cancelling an appointment.
If you become aware that you are unable to make a scheduled appointment please call me as soon as possible to let me know and reschedule.
While I completely understand emergencies arise please note that the following reasons do not constitute emergencies:
  • Forgetting your appointment
  • Having dinner plans come up
  • Taking your child to a birthday party or other event
  • Realizing you have a scheduling conflict a few hours prior to your appointment with me.
If you are unable to give a 24 hour advance notice you will be charged the
full amount of your appointment to the credit card securing your account.
Members of the Escape the Rat Race plan must secure this plan with a credit card.  An advance notice of 24 hours is required to cancel an appointment.  A missed appointment will result in a $95.00 charge to the credit card securing their account.

Chronic late cancellations or Chronic Late Arrivals
Please know clients who habitually cancel late receive one warning and are expected to pay for their scheduled time. Clients who habitually arrive late for their appointments will receive one warning.  Your session will end on time in order to not impact the appointment times of other clients.
It is the therapist's decision whether to continue to provide treatment or release these clients from her practice.

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full session amount for their “missed” appointment.  Clients redeeming Gift Certificates who "no-show" their scheduled appointment forfeit their Gift Certificate.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will need to end on time in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for payment of the “full” session.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
I look forward to working with you.
